Consultancy Opportunity: Private Credit & Investment in the DRC - Legal, Tax, and Financial Landscape Analysis
IDH, in partnership with the &Green Fund, is seeking a Consultant to conduct a comprehensive legal, tax, and financial landscape analysis of the private credit and investment environment in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The assignment will map the all-in cost of credit, applicable tax regimes, and regulatory requirements governing cross-border capital deployment, with a view to identifying optimization structures and operational constraints relevant to fund managers and private lenders active in the market.
